Win Streaks, Promotions, New Perks

New Features:

• Win streak and promotion system! When you win a game, jerry gives you an extra challenge, and your extra time is converted into "career progress." If you bank enough career progress you'll get a promotion which is an extra bonus that you can use as long as you keep winning. (Bonuses include extra hearts, extra perk slots and starting perks). If you make it to the weekend, you win for real!

Quality Of Life Features:

• Stopped poker chips from rendering when off screen (should make the game break less when at incredibly high numbers) - thanks @idontwantnumbersinmyname123 from the discord for asking for this.
• Added slots to show how many perks you can have
• Added tooltip to remaining count UI

New Perks:

• Added Great Blazer - Common Perk - If you pass $10 with 2 shield, upgrade all face up $
• Added Close Call - Common Perk - At the start of a round, flip up a card that is adjacent to exactly 1 enemy
• Added Trapdoor - Common Perk - When you flip an enemy, flip the (non-enemy) card below it
• Added Fax Machine - Uncommon Perk - When you purchase this, duplicate a random perk
• Added Vending Machine - Common Perk - When you sell this perk, flip one mult, one $ and one blank
• Added Workaholic - Uncommon Perk - When you sell this perk, flip all multiplier cards
• Added Lonely Blank - Common Perk - When you flip a lonely blank, it gives you a hint.

Balance Changes:

• Buffed Always Be Closing to add 10 value instead of 5
• Nerfed Recon to flip up after every $20 instead of every $10 and made it Rare
