Mac Support
- The game now has a Mac build! I don't have a Mac, so thanks to David Isk from the discord for testing. If you find bugs with it, please please report them! I can't test it myself so I'm relying on you all to tell me what's wrong.
Location Changes
- Changed locations to only randomize at the beginning of each day
- Introduced "breakroom" location with one heart and 14 blanks that replaces Placebo if you have 1 heart going into the shop
Rebalance
- It now takes 10 minutes to enter a location and 0 minutes to leave (instead of 1 and 1 as before)
- Start the game one hour earlier (20:00)
- Added Basement Hint as a starting perk
- Decreased exit cost increase to 5x instead of 10x
Bug Fixes
- Fixed bug where promotion wouldn't promote if you exactly hit the number
- Fixed bug where an upgrading egg with an attached perk would not properly maintain the attached perk
- Fixed bug where passing an hour by more than 1 minute would not trigger hatching eggs
- Fixed bug with Archaeology - thanks to WeissritterX in the discord for tracking down this bug!
New Hints
- Added a new hint type that tells you if no JERRY are adjacent to each other
- Added a new hint type that tells you the largest group of JERRY
- Added a weird hint type to that tells you how many JERRYs are adjacent to $ cards
Misc
- Changed "Enemy" name to "JERRY"
- E (thanks to Idontwantnumbersinmyname123 for the suggestion in the discord)
- Renamed Daredevil to Contrarian
- Renamed Floor to Prismatic Floor to match the naming convention of the Pillars
Thanks to everyone in the discord and comments who have been playing and giving great feedback! I'm sorry if I didn't list your name here and you helped with one of these - you know in your heart what you did! (and I forgot to write it down apparently)

It might make it a little bit too easy, but it'd be good if the same cards can't pop up in a reroll. And please add a Common equivalent of inspirational speech. I think it'd also be very nice if inspirational speech had an increased roll rate compared to other perks, because I have multiple runs where I just don't run into Rare perks, or when I do it's like Money Baron or 345, it'd just be really nice if Rare perks were guaranteed basically.
Loving the game, keep up the great work!
I hear you that you feel like rares don't come up enough. Can you explain more what you mean about the same cards popping up on a reroll? Also, what perk are you referring to as "345"?
Nerf increased exit cost, it can destroy runs, ESPECIALLY if your Rainbow Doors only give you 1 universal reactivator, maybe make 2 universal reactivators guaranteed because it can almost be impossible to get to even just 999 if your perk luck and deck luck was bad enough.
I agree that exit cost is the most difficult Jerry Rule and that it's harder to make a lot of money in the Safe(r) room.
Personally, I’m not really a fan of the change to make entering a location $10. That means if you get to 23:50 without enough money, you have a whole 10 minutes wasted where you can’t do anything. I know 10 minutes isn’t a lot, but it can be helpful sometimes.
So you've often gotten into a situation where it's 23:50 and you feel like if you could flip 9 more cards you'd make it across the finish line?
I don’t know if I’d say often but it has happened enough times for me to notice where I get a lucky board at the end that lets me eke through. I have played a lot of rounds of this game, though, so the problem might just be more relevant to people who play it more often.
